I couldn't find where I am supposed to connect the pressure gauge. Reading through there problem guide, it says it could even be an injector. Any thoughts?

The fuel supply "schrader valve" is where you hook up the fuel pressure gauge. The schrader valve is located on the fuel supply manifold, it looks similar to a tire stem air valve, probably even has a cap on it just like a tire stem valve would have.

when it is at idle, it pulses about 3-400 rpm up and down over and over

You guys are the best. I put the $40 fuel pressure tester I bought on the schrader valve and it showed 92-97 psi. I changed out the FPR and it came back down in the 30's. It runs like a champ now. Thanks again.
