Jake, aren't you an electritican???? maybe I am thinking of someone else.
I definelty agree with the bad ground, I had a Chebby step side that did the same thing, just grounded the two tail lamps together, then to the frame, did the same thing, one bright, one dim, confused me all the way through 4 beers, then decided to ground each light seperatly and it fixed it all. these vehicle's are so strange with there wiring.
yeah i am dc power frustrates me some days, with out wiring diagrams i just dont want to dive into it and bake the pcm or my brake controller. i found it too, one of the pin connections on my led's was bent causing it. but the abs light still comes on intemittenly. and i drove it for 2 days in DRY weather with no light i thing somethings getting wet that shouldnt be, light started after rain, actuall started after i was going through a stream crossing almost up to my rocker panels
A Utility Copmany employ I presume, with voltages that high.
Highest I ever played with was 480AC at factory I worked at, and at school, we did a little. after two years of school I decided I wanted to work for the railroad go figure. All the loco's are 600VDC, but they wont let me touch them.
I like vehicle wiring, little odd the way some things are done, but its 12 dc, mean to me NO SHOCKY, which is a good thing. glad to see you got it fixed, now for soem pics of it.
