Glow plug connection?
I'am putting in a remote start in my 2002 7.3 and it looks like I will need a feed from the glow plug indicator light, it looks like according to the directions the remote start will wait till the glow plug light goes out to start the truck, does any one know where is the best place/easiest to get power for the glow plug light/input. I have installed a couple remote starts on gas vehicles with my son, but never on a diesel, seems like the only problem area.

I think on a 2002 you have a "digital dash" which doesn't have a separate wait to start lamp wire. As far as I know, most people just program in a delay to the unit, which most of them seem to have the capability for, for just that reason.
