05 Aviator audio wiring

I need to know the color and function of the wiring that goes to the factory Audio unit (CD6x), because we want to install the aftermarket Becker Traffic pro Navigation unit. Please help.

The cable connector is called SmartCable for 03' and up fords you can't get it if you ask for aviator they give you the wrong connector because I went through this.
24 pin connector which is grey
Pin WireColor Description
1 1001(WH/YE) Fused battery feed to radio
2 1002(BK/PK) Fused ignition "run/accessory" to radio
3 434(LB/BK) Illumination feed+
4 1205(BK) Ground
5 not used
6 not used
7 not used
8 804(OG/LG) Speaker feed to left front speaker
9 800(GY/LB) Speaker feed to left rear speaker
10 802(OG/RD) Speaker feed to right rear speaker
11 805(WH/LG) Speaker feed to right front speaker
12 811(DG/OG) Speaker return to right front speaker
13 1203(BK/LB) Audio system ground
14 679(GY/BK) Vehicle speed signal (+) to powertrain control module
15 1000(RD/BK ) Fused ignition "start" to radio
16 not used
17 not used
18 595(LB/RD) Radio receiver to redundant radio control
19 not used
20 689(DB) Reverse park aid mute
21 813(LB/WH) Speaker return to left front speaker
22 801(TN/YE) Speaker return to left rear speaker
23 803(BN/PK) Speaker return to right rear speaker
24 not used
To retain the steering wheel controls you can purchase a PAC-SWI X from www.crutchfield.com or ebay and connect the white wire to pin 18 on the connector.
16 pin connector which is the black connector (DVD Entertainment)
1 1559(RD) Rear seat dvd module line-level audio signal(left+)
2 1560(WH) Rear seat dvd module line-level audio signal(left-)
3 not used
4 not used
5 not used
6 1068(LG/BK) Audio system on (ASYSON) 12V switched feed to DVD
7 832(LB/PK ) J1708Bus/audiocorporateprotocolA
8 833(TN) J1708Bus/audiocorporateprotocolB
9 1561(OG) Rear seat dvd module line-level audio signal (right+)
10 1562(YE) Rear seat dvd module line-level audio signal(right-)
11 – 16 not used
Place RCA jack connections for the audio signals and connect the to audio input to your radio or you would require a FM modulator to connect it in to still use your radio as speaker for the DVD system. The Audio System on is the switched feed to turn on the DVD system just like an amp.

8 Pin connector which goes to the factory Amp
1 167 (BN/OG) Radio- sub-woofer high audio (+)
2 172 (LB/RD) Radio- sub-woofer high audio (-)
3 48 Drain wire - shield
4 168 (RD/BK) Radio- sub-woofer high audio mute/enable (5V switch on for Subwoofer)
When you connect the lead from the radio to pin 4 you require a 1500 ohm resistor to reduce the 12V to 5V due the the factory amp requiring only 5V to turn it on.

I currently have hooked up a Kenwood P-NAV7015 navigation system in the 04 Aviator and have full use of everything from the factory

Has anyone tried wiring in an RCA jack to the DVD harness audio inputs listed above? Would be perfect for hooking up XM or MP3 player to the AUX button. Anyone know where to get the male plastic plug - I bet wiring up the RCA's is the easy part. Any Thoughts?

I am also interested in integrating Sirius into the aux key of the factory head unit on my 04 f150. What do I need?
