For a while now i have been driving my 1993 5.8 Bronco on 39 inch tires around town and noticed a random shutter of the front right tire. I will be driving down a road and my truck will start vibrating like crazy and i have narrowed it down to the front right tire. It doesnt matter how fast i am going or where i am driving it only happens randomly. I took it in to get aligned and after picking it up the same exact shutter still occured. One clue to someone possibly being able to help me zero in on the problem is that if i hit a speed bump with a good amount of speed the front right tire will start going insanely out of control to the point where i have no control over the vehicle. Hopefully someone has a suggestion out there. Thanks!
Check the axle pivot mounting bracket, bushing and bolt for that half of the TTB axle. My 93 did the exact same thing when I first got it and the axle pivot bracket had snapped in half. Did exactly what you are describing.
Also an overlook problem could be loose or bad wheel bearings. You would think the alignment shop would have located a problem for you, but never count on nobody but yourself. Just jack up the wheel in question and while grabbing the top and bottom of the wheel move it back and forth. If you have much movement then the wheel bearing is bad. Greystreak and JBronco have the other two poss. problems that I can think of. Keep us posted.
