throttle body spacer

i want to get a throttle body spacer for my 3.0 liter 2003 ford ranger, but i cannot find one that fits the 3.0. where is the best place to buy an effective spacer? are these all that they are cracked up to be, or just a waste of $? how much hp will you get and how many added mpg?

IMO, save your money and put it toward other mods. You will actually get some bang for your buck with a better exhaust, headers, chip etc.
