99 Expedition AWD Binding
I am having binding trouble with my AWD system. I have been told by my dealership that it is the electronic module in the transfer case that is bad. I have disconnected the wire harness to the transfer case and have no binding problems and when the harness is reconnetd the binding starts again. What I would like to know is if there is a way to bypass the factory AWD switch (so it is in 2wd only) but still be able to use 4wd high with the switch
