You forgot to mention :
before the canvas (on the rear of the Zamboni) mat floods the ice that there is an Auger mounted just in front, that gives the ice a smoothing and also picks up the ice/snow particles and stores them in an onboard hopper.
We even have Zamboni races here in Canada.
They each get a chance to clean & flood the ice in the quickest time.
The winner gets a contract and a snowcone

I thought after i heard that they have harvester demalition derbies, i had heard it all. But, no, Dennis had to go and change all that. Zamboni races, well i guess i have now heard it all now.
