Raising the front end 90' F150

I posted this in offroad section but have not got a response so I thought I would try it here...

I was wondering how a man would lift the body of the pickup so the front was level with the rear. Is there some type of block or shocks that will do this. What does it take to performe this task? I was thinking about 3 inch lift? Its on a 90' F150 4x4.

most all trucks are off like that i know ford makes them 2" taller in the rear at least they used to. Now days it my be less but still thats why lift kits come with 4" in front and 3" blocks in the rear, but then you have to throw in the add a leaf to get the back level with the front.

Well, I already have the add-a-leaf in the back... Should I get longer coils... or get different blocks? They sit under the coils right?

This post does not belong here, so I am moving it to the suspension forum.

dont use coil spring spacers there crap, get a leveling kit its not that bad just a few hundred. and it will be sweet. It wont be a rediculous lifted 2wd it will just improve your stance and allow you to put good meat under the front.
