Leveling kit for 2wd

I am looking for a leveling kit for my '04 F-150 Heritage 2wd. I was just wondering what the best option is, should I use spring spacers or is there some other product that will do a better job?

Also what is the largest tire that will fit on a stock height 2wd with a leveling kit? And what is the largest that will fit without a leveling kit?

Well, there are a few kits out there...

www.motorhaven.com

They have a couple of good leveling kits...G-Force is good

Well, tires or rims? I know guys with 20" rims on their F150's, although I think that's ricey but hey! They'll fit!

JC Whitney sells the Daystar leveling poly spacers for the truck for 74.95. It is item number AJM473578X

I would like to know how hard they are to install and if there any fitment issues.

I took a different approach to leveling out my truck, I lowered the back 2 inches with shackles. I've got pictures in my gallery if you are interested.

I personally don't think 20's, or 22's (what i want) are ricey. I think they are uh....what's a more appropriate and less degrading term than "bling bling gansta"?

I've put 33's on a stock expedition, if you are talking about tire height. Our stock tires are about 30", but without lifting the front up you'd probably have rubbing issues.

rubbing issues.....heheh

If I put a drop on mine, I'd have to go with a 3 - 6 drop. I like the 2-4 drop, but I'd want it a bit lower for my own taste. Then the ground effect kit would come!

I was just wondering about the maximum size tire, width and height. I just wanted to put the largest tire possible on my truck without having any problems with the front tires rubbing when I turn. 20 inch wheels are not for me I will stick with my 16 inch.

Do any of you guys have any preference on AT tires?? Which ones have the best quality, and last the longest?? I had Dayton Timberline AT's on my old truck (1992 f-150 300cid) and I really liked them. Just looking for something maybe a little more aggressive. Just wondering your opinions on this issue.

Thanks!!
