large tires

what is the largest tire for a 17" wheel with a 2.5 leveling kit

I've been told if your running the stock wheels you can run up to a 35" but you will have a little rubbing on the wheel well plastics that you could trim....

I run a 2 1/2 inch leveling kit, and some 305/75/17 with an after market wheel that is close to factory offset. And i swear i could prob get 35's under it!!! i have no rubbing issues with the 33's. Good luck

I would not put anything larger then a 295/70 on a stock rim.

Thanks for the link!!! i rechecked your numbers and according to the calculator your right!!! Maybe i have 305/70/17 instead of the 305/75/17. The tires are Mickey Thompson Baha ATZ's. Dont know if they measure bigger of smaller than what they actually are.
