Cab air, air filter

Cab air, air filter
Went to Napa to get my oil filter and the parts guy ask when the last time I changed the Cab air air filter. I know these guys and thought they were playing games. I told them I had no idea what they were talking about. Anyway they went and pulled one off the shelf and showed it to me. About a 12x14 flat filter. They did not know where it when so, can any one help?

the X's have cabin air filters but the SD's do not. there is a foam (i guess you could call it a filter) cover on the fresh air intake to block debre from entering the cabin. if you take off the glove box, then remove the 8-10 screws from the heater core cover you will see it on the right.
