I'm wanting to add a aftermarket temp gauge but also keep the stock one, is there a place I can put the new sending unit with out removing the stock one out of the manifold? this is on a 1986 302 with a stock 4-bbl manifold not sure of the year of the manifold . thanks Dave
If it's a 302 it can't have a 4bbl. If it's in a truck that is a 351WHO.
Thats not necessarily true he said i did'nt know what year the intake was! It could of been added on.
Is there another plug up front! I know my stock 4bbl intake has two spots but others only have one. if thats the case your going to have to choose which you want to use.

Yes that is true I added the intake I think that it is an older one.
The intake i'm running now has two holes so i can run both guages but like i said if you only have one hole your going to have to decide which guage you want to run. Personally i would use the mechanical and disconnect the stock one.
