I picked up a new temp sensor (versus the sending unit) from the dealer, though it only has a single wire connection on it. I see two different sensors on the intake manifold (one on the tube near the thermostat and one near the #6 injector) but both are 2-wire sensors. Did the dealer sell me the wrong part or am I just not finding the right one. I am looking to replace the sender for the temp gauge. This is a 1994, if that matters.

And yes its a single wire unit.
