Steering problem 90 Full Size Bronco 4X4

It drives fine but when I turn "right" its like I have no power steering. I have to put both hands on the steering wheel and "crank" it "right". When I turn left though the steering wheel is fine. I can turn it with just one hand with no problem.

I checked the Power Steering Fluid and all is well.
So what do you think is wrong with my bronco?
Why can I turn Left and not Right?

Does it make it easier if you rev the engine?

Your steering gear is bad. I replace a few a week on newer Chevy pickups for the exact same concern. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but your valve is bad on the upper part of the steering box where the intermediate shaft comes in.

Thanks...everyone seems to says its the power steering gear box. Today I ordered one so it should arrive within 3-4 weeks. I'll then try best at "being" a Mechanic for a day or two. Thanks again for all your help.

Enjoy the holidays.
