This subject was brought up before and one of the regulars suggested it may be caused by algae in the tanks...I bumped up the amount of D/C but haven't changed the filter yet to see if there was any change....

That is what I have heard too. We sell some stuff at our auto parts store, something like biocon, that will remove the algea that can grow in your tank with time. I think that is what happened on my truck but this is the first I have heard of bad injector orings being the promlem so I am going to check the next filter a little closer.
