Guys, my buddy's 97 7.3 has the black fuel Filter disease and disappearing coolant. I can't seem to remember does this indicate injector cups? Or just orings?
could be a blown copper gasket, that would put soot into the fuel and possibly over heat the injector too, once that happens the cup could suffer damage
time to pull the injectors and make note on how tight they were on removal
