stoopid question from a former chevy guy

fella's i mabye crazy..but i really dont know......heres the dumb question of the knight..ok i have a 78 f100 with a 302...its perty warm..i bought mostly completed and done alot of work but its never done.....sorry...anyway im given ole girl a tune up..and i noticed on the passenger side the plugs all angle towards the front of the pick-up and on the drivers side the all anlge towards the rear???? is this proper..on a small block chev the all go the same way..shrug????

Yes, the heads are fully interchangable left to right. If you took them off and set them side by side with the plugs facing the same direction you would not be able to tell which side was which.

like the chev engines there is no left and right head, only one casting and they fit either side.

I guess that is suppose to say "unlike" the chevy engines......
