351 Windsor Carb Question
I have an 87 Ford F-150 with a 5.8L 351 Windsor with a 4 brl carb. It is a real gas hog. I want to keep the truck but cant afford the gas to put in it at 7 miles to the gallon. I have a tornado, took the tailgate off, rebuilt the carb, and fixed the exhuast leak and the gas mileage at best ( one time ) got 10 miles to the gallon but as since went down to 7.
Can I take the old 4 brl off and put a 2 brl on????
Would it help the gas mileage???
What would it do as far as the running of the truck???
