2005 SD delayed ignition problem
Help guys. I'll fill you in a bit first. A friend and local Fire Chief just purchased a 05 SD. He had the plow put on it by the local BOSS dealer. Next the local radio accessory shop installed the Remote start. Thats where I came in. I installed the Barlight, Siren, Radios and Strobes. All was well until he got to my shop to pick it up. We went to roll up the windows and nothing.
In doing some testing we found that the AM/FM radio wasn't working either. I checked the fuse for the radio and was ok. The Circuit Breaker for the windows was ok, however had no power on the power side. If I jumper power it all works, but no delay. I called our local dealer and he was not helpful. I hope someone out here can help me. I checked all the power from the Ignition Switch thinking the remote starter was the culprit.
SO HELP. He has 300 miles on it and when he left he wasn't too happy with me. No delay power at all. Is there a module that goes between that I may have unplugged, or another harness. I checked everthing I can find. Does anyone havea book or know where I can get one....by Friday morning...
