Power windows, radio, map lights do not work

Power windows, radio, map lights do not work
I cannot find the reason why my power windows, radio, and map lights will not work. I have already checked all fuses related to these functions, including the Delayed Accessory fuse AND relay, both are new. I have also tried to change the circuit breaker and i get nothing. I have searched the forums for any similar problems and solutions but didnt find anything. Please help!! thanks
