this has probably already been discussed but here goes again
i have a '99 5.4 4x4. will a used supercharge off of say a f150 lightening blot up to my engine? i have heard that u can find them on ebay for realitively cheap. what else to i need to replace in order to do this? is it a straight bolt on procees or need major mods? can i do it at home with basic knowledge and tool or need a shop? how much hp will i get out of it?

Not a pure bolt on ordeal. You'll need the lower intake with the intercooler tub to make it work. Then you'll need the brackets, belt, bunch of bolts and misc. hardware, intercooler fluid pump, heat exchanger, injectors, MAF, and a custom tune to tie it all together.
