Problems
I first want to say wow. The wonders of the internet and the WWW brought me to this site. All of you people are really helpfull and concerned with other peoples issues.
I also need to say that I am not a mechanic but I can find my way around some tools and parts if I have some directions.
I have the following problems with my 2001 Explorer Sport Trac 4WD w/ Automatic Trans.
1. ABS Light stays on - I have read the post here but I am not sure if they apply to my 2001 since I have not seen any for a 2001.
2. Cruise control does not work - stopped working at some point. - horn and lights all work, no fuses out that I can see or find.
3. Once in a while when I hit a hard pothole or hole the throttle sticks at the speed that you are on - almost like cruise control but with no control
I also have a broken center console - Ford wants $250 to replace the broken parts. It is missing the carry bag - Ford wants $175 for that.
Does anyone have a good place to get aftermarket parts or discounted parts.
What is a good manual/s to have for this truck?

I've seen the carry bag & the rest of the console on Ebay. Check it out. I'll have to leave the rest to someone with more knowledge.
