I have a 2001 Ford f250 V10 QCSB. Having some electrical problems. My gauge lights steering wheel control lights 4 wheel ESOF switch lights and climate control lights aren't working. But all my gauges working all the indicator and warning lights work. My cruise control and OD work propery also.
I've been searching these forums and have found several about the problems but none of them are close enough.
Well the easiest and most obvious thing is check the fuses right? I'm not sure if those are all tied together or not, but seems like the most logical reason all of them would have gone out at the same time. If that is the case you might want to do some inspecting and find 'why' the fuse blew. If you just replace the fuse without knowing why it blew it is like putting a bandaid on the problem.
Yea just got done rechecking all the inside fuses. Just now checked the ones under the hood and there all good ???
Also forgot to say earlier when I test drove the truck before buying it. It was day time so I checked the headlights but completely forgot about gauge and the other lights on the inside. So I bought the truck and was taking it home and it was getting dark so I turned the headlights on and no lights worked on the inside.
