If you are trying to get better economy, then don't. Swapping to a 2V will not improve your fuel efficiency, it will just choke the engine at higher RPM.
It takes X amount of air plus Y amount of fuel to make Z horsepower. Swapping to a 2V carb will not change that. All it will change is the total airflow potential of your intake system.
The best setup is an intake/carb combo carefully matched to the airflow needs of your engine. That, plus a generally good state of tune, will return you the best economy (provided you keep your foot out of it).
