Out of my inherent laziness if I gave you more info than was needed, please tell me exactly what you do and don't need from all of that. I did leave some things out but didn't figure that you needed them.
Thanks,
JC

I take it that's a solid lifter cam. All I need is the valve events (intake open/close, and exhaust open/close) and the valve lift. Anyways, heres the numbers:

414hp @ 5500rpm, 434ft-lbs @ 4500rpm. Torque at 2000 rpm is 357ft-lbs, and is dropping as rpms go lower.

Kurt, what did ya think of the info I sent ya via e-mail? Does all of that mean that I can give you the cam specs @ .050 and you can convert them to seat-to-seat? Just wondering cause I was gonna post some other cam specs. here.
Thanks,
JC

Allright, I will e-mail lazer cams again and see if they will send me the valve events for their cams I was looking at, but if not I guess I could convert them for you and then send you the info. I will need to call Engle though and e-mail Erson for some of their other profiles.

I feel sorry for ya if you are saving different peoples engine setups for cam changes and such. On the other hand though, hope you are saving mine ha ha.

Go ahead and convert whichever ones you want me to run. I do save cams so no one will have to supply the same cam specs in the future.

Kurt, what about the Crane 341? Don't know if you have the specs on that one?

I have 'em. Dont compare these results to the previous results, I ran that as a solid lifter cam, which it is not.

Anyway, here ya go. Your build with the 341 cam and the 600cfm carb:
385hp @ 5500rpm, 428ft-lbs @ 4000rpm.

Personally I'd go with the all-too-recommended 941 cam. With that you get 389hp @ 5000rpm, and 447ft-lbs @ 3500rpm.

If you can spend some extra money, a hydraulic roller cam will reward you nicely, heres the crane 521 in your build:
447hp @ 5500rpm, and 471ft-lbs @ 4000rpm

I need to get some specs on this one Engle cam I was looking at. I can email Erson and get some of their others that I was looking at. I need to call Lazer though or email them again, (the grind that they recommended to me is a little bigger than the 941 with it's 225/230 duration @.050). I can't remember the lift but it was something like 552/563. I am beginning to think that as far as off the shelf cams go for my setup that the 941 is the best so far. I would like to see something like 220/225 or higher on the exhaust side.
Thanks Kurt and I will chat with ya later.
