There are all sorts of goodies that you can getyour hands on anymore... I prefer the biodegradable stuff just because it doesn't stink like the old kerosene based cleaners. The Castrol brand stuff works pretty good, just take your time and use a littel scrub brush and it should end up looking good, no matter what you use.

I was kinda wondering about that too, so thanks for asking the question. I tried washing the plastic cover that Ford puts over the throttle body with soap and water and it looked good for a little while, but not to long.
