Best way to remove your clutch-permanently

Just a quick warning. I know you will all think DUH! but I never made the connection till it was too late. We had a huge smooth dirt hill back home that we used to drive to the top, turn around and creep to the edge then roll down with no brakes cause there was lots of run off area. It was like a roller coaster only better. We probably hit 40 or 50 MPH in no time. Anyway I made the mistake one time. I had climbed the hill in 4 lo, turned around and crept to the edge then pushed the clutch in and WOOOOOHHOOOO, down I went, great fun until the clutch exploded! cause.......The wheels were turning the transfer case (in 4 lo) which turned the trans cause it was still in gear (clutch in) at a speed it was never designed for ( no load spin probably 8000 rpm+??) Just food for thought if you ever entertain the same idea.
And yes, the laughs are on me.

Luckily I was able to re-use it as the pressure plate bore the brunt of it. Only the smaller pieces got through and didn't carry on through the bell housing.
