Hi everyone. Been thinking about adding extra fuel capacity to my PSD and was wondering if I could get some feed back from anyone who has a "Transfer-Flow" system installed on there truck. Does it work and is it relieable? Got a catalog from them yesterday and it sure looks like it would be the real ticket! I like the idea of it automatically refueling the main tank as you go down the highway. It's alot of $'s but would be handy for long trips or buying a large supply of Diesel if you could find a bargin on Diesel price. Your input please. Thanks

I have thier 98 gallon in bed tank mounted in two different trucks. ZERO problems with it and a straightforward install if you are an average wrench. What I really like about the setup is the display that comes with it. It shows the amount of fuel in each tank, the total amount of fuel and whether the pump is on or not. The software keeps the main truck tank at about 7/8th full until you start running real low then both tanks have about the same amount in them until you get down to less than 10 gallons in each then it starts to pump the auxiliary tank dry. But you don't want to go that low because your fuel pickup will be sucking air by then and making the engine run badly. At least in my experience. The last time I was out of town I stayed in West Yellowstone MT. On the way home I just barely crossed into far southeastern ID where I filled up and then drove all the way home to Seattle, WA for two full days of driving. I had (I think) 32 gallons left.
