Question glow plug relay
where is the relay on 1991 f150 7.3?

No glow plugs on a 150, no 7.3 in a 150 either.

my fault F250 i think my controler is bad i found the controler under the realy i was looking for a way to bypass the controler on a F250 1991 have not figured it out yet

I don't know ford diesels as well as others, though I am learning with my 6.9, but
I would say the relay is intergrated into the computer. Spend the $100-$200 and get the controler.

I can tell you how to install a manual switch if you want.....I am going to take a picture of mine first though.

There is no computer on a 91 unless you have your laptop with you.

on my relay the ground was a ribbon like piece of bare metal that went down below, not a wire.
