Replacing Window Felt

I have a 61 Econoline p/u that needs the felt in the windows replaced. If you have any experience in doing this can you share any tips, problems to watch for or suggestions that will help. Thanks for your responses.

Jim: If I ever learn how to do it right I'd love to help you. You've certainly helped me out enough in the past. Thanks.
