Warped rotors is about all it could be. Have them turned and it will be good. If under bumper to bumper warranty Ford will cover it if pads arent worn out.
I had a BAD! shaking in the front end when I was on a gentle curve and decelerating at around 55 to 70 mph. Braking did'nt stop it, just slowing down and straightening the wheel. Got new tires, balance, front end alignment, adjusted play out of front wheel bearings, nothing worked. I finally found an alignment shop that knew what was wrong, said it is a common problem on F-250's. There is wear and too much play in the drag link and the steering worm and this sets up an ocillation as the wheels hunt back and forth in this play. They replaced the drag link and adjusted the play in the steering worm. No more shake! If your brake rotors check out , this might be worth looking into.
Mine does the same thing, but, my problem doesn't always occur. It only occurs 20% of the time when you apply the brakes. I attribute it to pulling my trailer at 13000 - 14000#. What do you all think?
I had a similiar problem on my 1999 f250 7.3L It seamed to only happen once your brakes heated up pulling a trailer. Shook the heck out of the front end. Mine was just warped rotors. But weird thing is they only did part of the time.
forgot to mention that on my 1999 rotors they had bad spots in them. What I mean is the casting was bad and there where actual voids in the rotors. Just had to turn the rotors farther to get the bad spots out or put new ones on. Your still under warranty let ford it.

Sorry to bring this back from the dead, but I am having a similar problem. 06 F350 about 20-30% of the time when hitting the brakes the front end shakes pretty bad, felt by the steering wheel shaking. Usually happens if driving aggressivly or pulling a trailer. I have replaced the front pads, rotors, and flushed the brake fluid. Truck has 80K miles on it. It feels like warped rotors, but doesn't do it all the time and I am at a loss. Any help is appreciated.
