1994 EXPLORER auto trans
Hi
My EXPLORER has a little problem, It won't down shift from OD to first gear
it stays in second and when you start out it will shift to first after about 20 feet. This is a strain on the old thing so we drive it in drive instead of OD. It shifts fine in drive no problems. No slipping or burnt oil. What tells it to down shift 1994 isn't suppose to have a electronic board in the trans. It's not the converter staying locked up. Any help?
