87 I6 starting problems

Need some diagnostic help My 87 4.9 efi started missing while driving thought it was bad gas tried some high test and methyl hydrate then it began having starting problems would'nt stay running had to flutter the gas keep it at high idle till it warmed up now it won;t start at all turns over great chugs sputters backfires and dies seems like timing don't know whether it's mechanical or electrical any ideas

I guess you have to go to square one...fuel or electrical.
Have a shop do a fuel pressure test.

thanks srercrcr getting fuel and spark had ecm and pip and coil primary test okay getting code 24 and 32 any ideas?
