exhaust resonator
one question for you what the hell does the exhaust resonator do in my truck i have to replace my mufflier and i and going to replace it with a cherry bomb turbo but do i really need the exhaust resonator after the mufflier because i am trying to get a little better gas millage and that a non universal fit mufflier is $110 and a cheery bomb turbo is $25 plus small parts to make it fit in

I have asked this same question on this site and been advised to leave the resonator off because it is much like a second muffler. I believe it helps eliminate the vibration or sound from the inside of the vehicle.

well i got it done this morning it sounds good nice low mellow sound and very good power gains i am very suprized on how much power i got by changing them and with the cherry bomb turbo but it is kinda loud inside when you get on it that is the only thing i dont like but oh well thanks
