We have moon pies here in Dallas but none of my friends like them. I on the other hand love them I just dont eat em very often. Needless too say RC is getting hard too find.

You must be speaking from experience! I knew you were a Southerner without even reading your location. Up here in PA we can get Moonpies and RC, just have to know where to go. I agree with heating up moonpies, that's my favorite way to eat them, but not the chocolate ones. I like the banana double-deckers best. Every now and then I miss the South...usually when I'm hungry.

You wanna talk about something great-- take a moonpie, unwrap and put on a plate. Nuke in microwave for about fifteen seconds (no more!), just enough to melt the chocolate and make the marshmallow swell up about five times its size. For added pleasure, put a scoop of icecream on top while hot. Yumm!
