Injector Pump going bad?

I've got a 94 F250 IDI Turbo diesel. The truck has 140,000 miles on the odo. I use the thing like a truck. I haul with it. I pull a LOT of weight with it. And it's my daily driver. I absolutely love the truck. Anyway, about 6 months ago I straight piped it, turned the pump up a flat, and installed a K&N Filter. Shortly after, it started idling rough. I replaced ALL the injectors, which cured the problem. Now my problem is that I started to notice a drop in power when going up hills. It doesn't spit and sputter or nothing, but it concerns me because it's become more noticable. I used to pull a 6% grade at 75 mph or more. Now I'll hit only 63 mph. I have a feeling it's my injector pump. Any more ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You.

Since you turned up the fuel, you should have a pyrometer installed just to keep an eye on the egt and aleviate the possibility of melt down. Also, you may have picked up some water and got that in the filter, try changing the filter refilling it with clean fuel, not from the old filter. May have also started to witness the winter fuel syndrome. Try adding diesel kleen or power service to the tanks. First time make it a little rich with the additive and "shock" it. Hope this helps.
