I wrote a note to them on Sat. and I know they don't work weekends but I thought I should have gotten a response sometime today. Tried to install performance tune on my 2003 f150 4.6l and it said my "vehicle is not in our database". I'm pretty sure this can resolved, but I just paid some good money for the thing and am a little anxious. Please help.

You really should give them a call. They are a busy establishment, and emails arent the best mode of communication with them. I have always had great success calling up, and talking to a human, and getting the answers I need.
Basically, the message means you have newer PCM code than is available on the Predator unit you have. Diablo is knocking out new PCM revisions at a rapid pace (more than 1 per week!). New release today I believe (I haven't checked out there page today so it don't know 100%). Basically, download today's revision from their site into your Predator and it should work.
Sorry I didn't communicate earlier, I handle many of the emails and I'm dealing with a family emergency right now. The paperwork that we send with the Predator should have a support number with it: 770-736-7122.
Yes, Ken, I got the new code and software from Motorhaven's website and the cord and adaptor, but they still don't have the proper code for my pick-up. Eveything went fine with the download to the programmer, but the same problem came up when I downloaded new code into the truck. The truck was built in June 2003. I could understand if it was built in June 2004, but a little discouraging my code isn't available yet.
Thanks for your concern, 55 vicky
