Hot or Cold

Thought I'd beat Mike W to this......

Do you take Hot or Cold showers? I start off as hot as I can stand to loosen up the old joints and help with the snap, crackle, and pop then crank it over to ice water to wake up.

Not hot or cold. Warm will suffice.

Hot in the morning at first to wake up, finish with warm... but if it's in evening after some exercise or it's just too hot out, then it's gotta be nice and cold.

Very hot, soap up, rinse ... the slowly decrease the hot while adding cold until only cold. You can almost hear the pores snapping shut.

how about a cowboy bath.......conserve water and smell like a real cowboy

"The Saturday Night Cowboy Bath. In a room that's fitted with an old-fashion clawed foot tub, heat up 10 gallons of water hot as you can on either the kitchen range or woodstove. Pour the hot water into the bathtub and add 5 or 10 gallons of cold water or whatever it takes to temper the water for bathing. Get in and scrub up with soap and a rag. Slunker down to rinse off. Takes time to pump and heat the water. Years ago folks only did this once a week."

No wonder it was only once a week, that's too much work.

Depends on. In the summer I like to take somewhat cool showers. Winter there normally warmer. Like I said, depends on...
