Tires...

I have 225/75/15 mud and snow tires on my b2 right now, but due to my uncles recent truck problems, he is getting rid of his 31/10.5/15 BFG all terrain tires.. Is it recommended to put 31's on a 87 b2, 2.9, 5 spd, aftermarket rear Driveshaft, new u joint up front (axles.. front - dana 28, rear Ford 7.5)?. Would the tires fit, or require slight trimming? And, would that wear the drivetrain alot quicker?
Thanks

I have 31x10.5x15's on my 87 Bronco II. Would only advise to at least put a 3" body lift on it to keep tires from scrubbing. Other than that, you'll be fine.

I'm running 30 X 9.5 on my 85 and i didnt have to trim or raise anything. There isn't much room for much else, so you can use that as a referance. I know she aint pretty but she always starts. https://www.ford-trucks.com/dcforum/User_files/3af592a03b440fb7.jpg
