Horn Problem 1997 F150
Why does my horn just blow and time it wants, could this be a Clock Spring problem or Air bag? The service station guy said he thinks its could be a Clock Spring. Then he said it could be the connect to air bag. The truck has 107 plus.
Should I take it to the Ford Dealer?

Sounds like the contacts are sticking a little. You'll have to pull the airbag module (the whole unit on the steering wheel.) Be very careful about this so you don't set it off!!!. Pull the battery cable and let the system power down (about 5 minutes.) There are two screws on the side of the steering wheel that hold the unit on. Pull it out and unplug the connector(s). You can examine the contacts from there. Be very careful with this, because even static electricity can set off the bag. If your not sure at all about this, ask or take it too a shop, because an air bag lighting off in your face can ruin your whole day.
