1999 E150 dash Lights out?

Question 1999 E150 dash Lights out?
Dash lights went out...radio lights work. Turn signal and high/low beam indicator on dash works but high beam indicator shows up on dash when lights are on low beam (the indicator is reversed?) Interior lights work. Start up various indicator light work. dimmer swiths works for turn signal lights on dash. Anybody have an ideal what's wrong?
