Has anybody else have this happen to them, on acceleration just about 50mph truck has a bucking sensation. Almost feels like the torque converter is hopping in and out quickly maybe 3 or 4 times before it smooths out. 10/03 F250 6.0 auto. Any ideas?
I had the same thing happen to me. I had about 150 miles on the truck, was at about 50 mph, 5000-6000 feet elevation. It hasn't happened since and I thought it had something to do with the elevation. I was waiting to take that same trip again next week and see if it happened again. Have only driven short trips around town since.
what is a 6.0 bible?
oh and one more thing, I have a 04 xlt x-cab 6.0 6' bed, when I start it up to leave work or whenever, after it has been sitting for about 8hrs or so, if I don't let it start an d run for about 3-5 min, it chugs after I put it in gear and give it gas, it does this for about 3sec, then stops, but this is only at cold starts....now remind you, it has done this whether it has been 80 degrees out or 40degrrees, it has done this since day one, and I have 2300mi, on it, no problems, I think, is this just do to warm up time?
