New Holland. Been wrenching at dealership since it was "Ford-New Holland" (over 15 years). Before you choose to buy some Unknown-name 3rd world piece, consider this...who's going to fix it when it breaks?, where will you get parts?, what kind of factory support will you get?
Kubota does make a darn good little tractor, and I suppose the "green ones" are decent too, but don't rule out a blue one (even if it isn't Ford blue anymore...) They're a good tractor.
Not really a Massey Fergusson fan...never have been...They work ok till you start making it really work. We have a Massey 383 FWA. Its our chore tractor, does an alright job, definetly like the front wheel assist an diff locks. We had clutch problems with it, cooling problems, brake problems. The good thing on them is the actual engine and tranny its self. Seem well built. Everything around that...could be better...
Deere are good, they seldom make anything bad. New Holland, seem to be fairly good, I think some guys have electrical problems with them though. Still say Kubota are great little tractors in teh Horsepower range you are looking for
We own a Deere, sold the massey [great tractor]and bought the Mahindra.
by the way they are final assembled in usa.they have an alliance w/ford. just because it is not a total american product does not mean it is not a good product. http://www.mahindrausa.com/About/history.aspx
