ALso check the drip rail over the doors. I had a leak that started with a windshield replacement, turns out the rails had bondo cracks and the leak was coming from there. Re-bondoed and the leak is gone.

wet floor

I have been trying to chase a leak for almost a year now in my '95 Bronco. Water pools just inside door sill on both driver and passenger sides after rain. I have had windshield resealed/replaced. When that didn't work, I went to a bodyshop, and they sealed up rain gutters (the filler in them was cracked). I still get water.

Is there an easy way to get the cowl off the truck? I have a feeling the water is getting in through there, as other people have described on this thread.

Or is there something else I should do?

a quick fix that would work way good would be like that do it yourself spray in bed linear like rhino liner instead of bondo because bondo youd have to primer or else the water might mess it up and youd have to do it twice or if the hole is to big for a spray in then do it right and fabricate a patch for it
