pretty loud, and it will sound like a ricer once up in the rpm's alot of people refer to the sound as a loud wet fart. I tried dual glas paks and it wasnt pretty. but it depends on your tastes. good luck.oh mine were also dumping directly off of the headers. so if your running full exhaust pipe to the rear, it may sound ok.
i have duals on my 300 and they sound decent but once in to the high rpm range they do get a little foreign sounding, but hey i needed better flow for my engine, but youll have to keep a check on the exhaust flanges they tend to work loose. all in all you have to take the good with the bad.
I cut off my second cat and stuck a flowtech purple hornie glass-pack on it and it sounds pretty good, not as loud as my buddys 5.9L dodge, but its deep and not ricey.
I just out a Glass pack on my 300 And I cut off both cats and ran a 2.5 with a turn down right after the cab. It did put new life into my '86. It sounds good to. At hwy speeds she just purrs. At city driving she rumbles on the down shift.I figure for the fourteen bucks I spent I'm happy.I even had some friends fooled they thought I put a V8 in.
