Silencer Security System
I recently got a used 97 Ford Explorer XLT Trac 4 WD. I got the information in this forum for the codes on the keyless entry, now I am wondering if anyone has any information about the Silencer Security system, that I guess is factory installed as an option. I have the key, model A43 and it has its harness it fits into, how do I find out about activating it, and does this have an option for the keyless remote? The model # is 6900 under the dash on the Silencer security box. Are there any manuals online or you have to buy them? Thanks.

I know this post is old but did you ever find out anything. Just purchased a truck witj the same but having issues.
