400 redline

whats redline on a 1980 400 truck motor, also whats the best way to get some cheap hp out of it, besides dual exhaust and a 4 barrell.

5 k on rev and headers are the cheapest preformance mod.

snow fighter, did the 351M rev the same as the 400? i know they are an identical motor except crank so i figure they do but i'm probably wrong.
