Thats funny.
Yea, Mike would pick that up.......I feel a conspiracy theory coming on.

I live a few miles outside a town of a few thousand. I love it.
If only I could thin out the clan a little.

If I could get the 75 acres back in Kila (hoffman draw) that we used to own in the late 60's I think I would be in heaven. The old log cabin that had been added onto before my parents bought had a rain gutter going thru it. Whoever had it before just built over it. It was nice tho, and still worked when ever it rained. You might know that area Dick. Now there are more homes up there than I would like to see. But still not to bad yet. Oh to go home again!

From: just outside of Phila.
I live in the burbs now, about 15 miles outside of Center City Phila., and it's OK. I liked being in the city more (I am 24 and a big fan of bars and women), and now that I moved home recently, I'm still trying to get used to falling asleep in complete silence. The garbage trucks, firetrucks, EMS, drunks and the nastiest suspension rattling pothole on this planet used to actually lull me to sleep after a few years. Heck I've slept straight through parties in my fraternity house when I lived in there.
However, now that I'm in real estate, and see all that NJ has to offer (don't knock it till you try it), I want a big fat plot of dirt with a modest house right smack in the middle...and a 10 car garage in back of course.

It is my intention, next year, to start work on building my retirement home, right in the middle of my ¼ section ranch in South Dakota. This will put me about 8 miles from anyone else, and 20 miles from any town. That should be nice and quiet. I will only be using the place in the summers, for the next few years, but when work declines, I will be there all year round.
