I figure I'm so tired......they couldnt get a pulse rate above 80 anyway. Eyes so dry and irritated, not sure I'd know what I was lookin at if they sat down next to me. Not trying to challenge their spookyness........thats not a good idea.
Although I must say I have heard a couple bumps in the night so far.

Axis, as Matt noted there are no religion topics allowed here. If you really like to discuss religion and other controversial topics go to > 4forums.com. Be forewarned though, what you think you know about religion may be uprooted, after posting there. They take the word "debate" to a new level over there ,

Thanks for welcoming me aboard guys! This seems to be a great place with great people - I think I've found my new internet passion . Forget the religious implications and or aspects - if the spirits of dead people can exist then why not spirits which were never human? The second is certainly the scarier of the two so far as I'm concerned. Grandpa Jake throwing a fit or playing a prank is one thing - who knows what that other thing is or is capable of?

I will keep my religious views and beliefs to myself - sorry for offending. Though I must say - I did not push any viewpoint on anyone - nor did I promote any sort of religion - I stated only my belief in a supreme being. Besides why should it be any different for ghosts? They are supposed to be the remains of human SPIRITS. Belief in them requires some sort of spiritual belief as well since they are not explainable by science - nor can they be subjected to creditable scientific scrutiny. Fun made up ghost stories are simply that - stories. But some of these stories are presented by the authors as factual events which happened to them. This implies spiritual belief. How far do we take censorship? If I tell a story about God as a non believer - is that ok? I mean it would'int be as if I were pushing my own viewpoint since I don't believe in that case - its just a story.

Oh well - I'm done playing D_ _ _ _ _S advocate - I'll simply conform.

Its not that we hate religion. Its not that we dont respect your point of view.
Its just that we are talking about ghosts.......whatever you feel a ghost is, or could be, in however many forms is fine. But here...we're sticking with ghosts with no religious implications. No one was actually offended.
Many times in the past people have wigged out over politics and religion here. Those people simmered down, or were removed. Some just left in plain frustration. There was a time when it was getting quite ugly around here. Rules were put into place by Administration. This is their house.....so we respect thier rules. Really, its that simple. We know the rules, the rules exist for our well being. Its not a matter of real conformity...its a matter of keeping the peace.
Again.....like you said......good people. Good knowladge base, lots of combined experience. All of us have something to offer the group/family of FTE......all of us give what we can to help each other out. We all offer what we can.........as long as what you have to offer isnt religous or political.....its pretty much all good.

Again and still...Welcome
